Just bought our 3rd new car from Wellesley VW. Andreas Becker is the person to ask for to make the buying process easy, painless and quick. We never felt pressured or trapped. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end thanks to him. All of our cars have been serviced there as well. They do a great job and our cars are always in top shape.
Andreas Becker was our salesperson--second car we've bought with his help. He is a credit to his dealership--informed, prompt, and helpful. He also helped us a lot with our Golf TDI buyback, something he was not obligated to do. We're getting a new GTI to replace it, as we liked our TDI so much.
John Nesbitt is as good as it gets. He was extraordinarily helpful throughout the process of purchasing a 2017 VW Golf S. He works around your schedule and is patient. John was knowledgeable, kind, and honest. I never felt like I was forced into purchasing or signing something that I was not 100% sure about. He called me a few days after purchasing my car to check in and ask how things were going. It was genuine and helpful! I'd recommend this place and John N. with no hesitation.
