Been doing business with WVW for many years. John Giganti was especially helpful during our latest Tiguan upgrade. Would definitely recommend visiting them if you are interested in the VW line of automobiles.
My 2012 Jetta (which I had bought with Andreas Becker's help) was feeling dated. Time to move up the line to Tiguan. I can be very wishy washy about which trim package to buy and all the accessories, etc. Andreas probably remembered this about me from the 2012 Jetta experience. I called ahead looking for a very specific car. Much to my dismay, the car had sold by the time I had arrived later in the afternoon. Thankfully, Eric went the extra step to find the exact car I wanted and bring it in from a different location just two days later!
We made the drive to Wellesley Volkswagen from RI because they had a particular car we were interested in. We are so glad that we did. Kevin Mullin was great! Took the time to answer all our questions. He never made us feel pressured and was so knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy. We would definitely return here to purchase another vehicle.

I came to Wellesley VW for buying a new vehicle, 2019 Tiguan SE 4 motion. Eric Tonkonogy helped me through the process and everything was great. I got my car after two days. It was a fast and pleasing process.
Had a great buying experience with Eric T! Test drove two vehicles, then bought one. Pretty simple. It was used, and the price was fair, so there you go. They also took our ancient SUV off our hands--sad to see it go, it was a good car, but bad on gas compared to what we just bought from Eric! Yea!

Was in a tough spot with a recently totaled vehicle, and the need to get into a new car ASAP for work. Went to a bunch of VW dealerships, including ones we have worked with before and the place where we currently have a VW lease and working with Eric Tonkonogy at Wellesley VW was a very refreshing experience.
