We have used Wellesley Plumbing for years and have always been happy with them. They are friendly, professional and always go above and beyond.
Well I tried to use them as they are local. Impossible to get information. Called, emailed, web site chat. Difficult at best. Finally got information on price for a simple repair and told them to go ahead. Never hear from them again. After many weeks, I had to call and cancel. Suggest moving on. It seems like success here is doubtful. (1 star) FOUR YEARS LATER... Wife called them and after a bit of schedule bouncing they came and could not be nicer and more accurate in repairs.
