I contacted Wellesley Plumbing & Heating to replace water heater and to please give me an estimate. Bob L. contacted me and noticed that the top of the gas water heater was overheating because of poor ventilation. This was fixed by installing a chimney liner. In addition, I wanted an automatic shutoff installed and to move the water heater about a foot closer to the wall which Wellesley Plumbing & Heating Inc. did wonderfully.
Great service and communication. Very professional
Very responsive when I called about an issue with my heating system. Tech arrive a few hours later, diagnosed the issue and kept me informed. Part needed to be ordered which arrive the next day. It was installed quickly, work area was left in very clean condition. Everyone was professional and courteous and kept me informed all along the way. Great focus on customer service.
