Fix the elevators pls for god's sake. And the pests.
This building is rough and I would avoid at all costs. Firstly, there is absolutely no one there to help you or take your concerns seriously. The superintendent Brian is extremely rude and outright mean to the tenants. He has no professionalism and the tenants never get the help they need. Hands down the worst superintendent I have ever experienced BY FAR. Even the people working the front desk DO NOT help you even when you have legitimate concerns (ex : roaches, water leaks). Do not move into buildings Wellesley buildings. Elevators are broken all the time - you will get stuck.
Bedbugs are everywhere! Found them in my apartment and common areas. Management’s been slow to respond—check your lease and report it ASAP!
