Terrible place to own an apartment. The HOA board of directors is insanely bad. They didn't allow my cousin to live there for a month while I was out of state for work. Every single day they come with a new rule and nothing you can do about it, so you feel like a hostage. I bought the apartment in April 2021 and the HOA fee was $350 per month. In less than a year it went up to $800. Finally I got my unit sold. Property Tax is very high as well for a two-bed two-bath apartment ($6K).
