The older reviews saying that management is racist are outdated. The old manager has been fired apparently because the one we have dealt with (Cheryl) is wonderful!! This is the first apartment I've lived in with an apartment manager that actually does their job and cares about the place... Very nice apartments WITH WASHER AND DRYERS (mega plus). Dog friendly (weight limit). The area around the apartments is okay, a little busy because its so close to Lancaster, but what can ya do? The walls are adequately soundproof (better... read more

The last Manager was Cheryl when i lived there. She was very nice unlike the other one before her. I lived there about 5 years. Its a spacious apt and clean environment. My family and I moved out because our truck was stolen twice and very noisy neighbors above and below us.
Was a wonderful experience! The apartment was very clean and spacious and worked out perfectly for me and my 2 roommates during our time at Chemeketa. Cheryl, the office manager was amazing ( very polite, profession and kind) and made our stay very comfortable. Parking was easy and we were very close to school. We cleaned it when we left and she gave us back our entire deposit less the carpet cleaning which we asked her to do as we didn't have time. Would rent here again if was back in the area. Thanks Cheryl!
