People become nervous around car dealerships, especially when things are unclear. And, at some places, there are more questions than answers. How much should I actually be paying for this car? Do I really need new brakes? Is this the best financing package for me? Isn't there someone who can help me understand this whole process? At Shaker Auto Group, we do everything transparently. That means telling you exactly how we arrived at our prices and inviting you to compare them against other dealerships. It means showing you pre... read more

Freaking love my salesperson I have purchased so many cars in the past. By far this has been the best experience. I cannot tell you how professional and non pressuring they are. My husband and I were delighted to have worked with Darren and Kevin. They made us feel comfortable through the entire process. I highly, highly recommend this dealership.
Stay Away from Wellesley Mazda! I had read a lot of reviews about the Wellesley Mazda and thought they were going to be great. Originally I was looking for a good used car or a new car, either one I was only going to keep for a few years or for a long time. I had my eye set on a Mazda3. At the other Mazda dealerships I was looking at the 2006 or 2007 Mazda3's with about 30-40k miles for around $10-12k. So I went in to Wellesley Mazda with high hopes and positive expectations based on the reviews. I ended up buying a used 200... read more
Sketchy, untrustworthy service; great sales team. When the power steering pump in my 2008 Mazda3 5-door died beyond the factory warranty of 30,000 miles, the extended warranty service refused to cover the repair citing that they're not liable for corrosion. This problem was, at the time, covered in a technical service bulletin; it's since been escalated to a recall. Wellesley Mazda (specifically Erik O.,their rude service director) tried to charge me $800 for the repair even though we both knew that this was a problem from t... read more
Awesome My husband and I have been on a mission to different Mazda dealerships trying to get a great price and of course great customer service. When we arrived at the Wellesley Mazda dealership. We were so blown away by their professionalism and their ability to make us feel so welcomed. Instantly I knew if we were to get a Mazda, This is the place. The car is actually for my husband. He was able to testdrive a few and we made our decision. After the sales manager, Greg Flowers told us about their owner loyalty program I re... read more
