Good and cozy tiny apartments, good for 3-4 students. Good neighborhood with McD, 7/11, subway at walking distance. Has greeneries all around.
We lived here for 2 years and are very thankful for Dave's management of the building. Affordable units with nice upgrades, great for first time renters. Relatively quiet building with a nice walking path leading to mccallum junction.
Great place to just chill in the parking lots plus people throw out so much in the dumpsters from clothes 👗👖🧢🧥👚shoes,to flat screen 🖥 jewelry 💎etc. if your passing by these apartments on McCallum be sure to give the front and back dumpsters a look.
Been living here for 12 years and gotta say I still love this place and will miss it when I'm gone.
