Not good vibes at all. Very brusque and seemed rushed.
I was referred to Dr. Shomali about a year ago after discovering it was likely that I would need a root canal. She was able to fit me in the same day as the referral and confirmed that I would need this. I came back for the procedure a week or so later. Based on what I had heard about a root canal, I was bracing for the worst. However, this wound up being a surprisingly smooth experience. Dr. Shomli and her staff had limited patience and they were very curt when they were taking X-rays for my Mom. My mom is elderly and they didn’t have the patience to help position her correctly. They were rude and even got upset at my Mom. My mother was in tears almost afterwards and still has pain from it. Hope they will take the time and care with their future patients.
Dr Shomali is an excellent Endodontist she is very capable and very professional. She did a root canal on a molar the procedure was painless and I felt very comfortable. I had very little pain the following day my toothache and headache disappeared. I am very pleased with her work and I highly recommend her.
Dr. Shomali is fabulous!! She is gentle, thorough, explains this well and overall a very calming doctor. Her office staff is caring and friendly. I highly, highly recommend her as an endodontist.
I would NEVER recommend her service to anyone. Had to go to a much better doctor. Long story but she screwed up not once but several times. All I can say is..... Pathetic doctor!!!! Poor procedure, poor judgement, worse recommendation.
