I was a first time client with this practice yesterday. Sadly, we had to make the hard decision to let our rat go. Dr. Evan was wonderful. He was both kind & straightforward, & let us know what he thought (and what we agreed) would be best for her. He and the staff were all friendly, professional, & made the process as gentle as it could be. It meant the world to us. We have two other ratties, & am so happy to have found a great vet.
Holy cow am I sold on this animal hospital for my aviary needs. I have never experienced such care, confident and skilled folks. The compassion shown is above any others I've been to. But I was truly at ease once the vet examined my little chicken and knew exactly what was wrong and exactly what procedure to perform. I can't thank them enough!
Two of my dogs have been patients of WAH and the staff were so professional, courteous and caring on each visit. My current dog Chudney doesn't fear going to the vet's office -of course all the hugs and treats are the extra incentive for him!
Awesome company, one of the best vets in Richmond. I highly, highly recommend them to everyone I've ever talked to. They are caring, kind, and extremely knowledgeable.
