Called at 4:48pm to inform the shop that I was leaving to pick up a key for a car that had repairs completed, and indicated I would be there in approximately 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived at 5:08 and the individual that I had just spoken to was gone, and the shop was closed even though the website states they are open until 5:30pm.
