If I could rate him zero stars, I would. He and his wife stole half of my husband and I's security deposit ($1150). Didnt give us a receipt that it accrued interest in an account. Claimed that we didn't give them enough heads up (two weeks) on a month to month lease. Our six month lease ended in December, and it said if we continued living there afterwards, it would become a month to month. Do not rent from them. They are crooked and deceitful.
