Hello, Weller Workforce Housing I'm not sure if you are aware of the impending problems you are having on your property (The Station at Richmond Hill, 1770 Richmond Cir Se, Atlanta, Ga 30315). Your property managers are in direct violation of Georgia code enforcement laws. One of your residents have complained about mold and unfixed appliances and nothing has been done. Weller Management owes me a check for a full refund of going to a property that was false advertisement. They looked good online and then when you saw the property it looked nothing like what was on the site. They said they would send me a check to my home address that would take 30 days and never sent me the check. They then left arbor oaks apartments for management. They don't answer your calls or even respond back to resolve the issue of owing their customer money.

This management doesn’t respond and I live in the station at Richmond hill. I’ve had plumbing issues, mold, no pool. I took pictures and filed a code complaint with the city of atlanta and about to share all over social media. They don’t fix anything here or care about the people who live here. I’ve talked to the other residents and are thinking about filing a lawsuit as they are in violation of our leases.
