Jack did a fantastic job for us! Communications from him were clear and timely and he arrived on time on the date he promised and did excellent work. I was referred by a friend that uses well done windows at their Plymouth home. Well done took my call quickly and asked that I send photos of my cabin about one hour from Plymouth. About 20 Mn after sending my photos I had a quote that seemed reasonable with a small fee for driving the hour west. I approved the quote to have complete inside and out windows and screens cleaned. Our windows and screens are spotless and crystal clear — I even checked to make sure the screens were still there! I am very pleased with the services rendered by Welldone Windows. Owner was able to squeeze my home into their busy schedule on short notice. I appreciated communicating over text, and questions were answered swiftly. Owner and associate were very kind and professional when working around the house.
