Is it a company standard to bill people without providing them with any information? No quote, no information on what work is being done prior to completion and then an invoice with total charge but, no details on the charges?
We have had Welldone in our home a couple of times now through the Encompass Home Warranty program and they are professional, respectful, thorough, knowledgeable and go above and beyond. If I could hire them for my residential work I would! It's nice to trust the people in your home working on your heating/cooling and plumbing systems!
