Our furnace quit while we were in the southern US. We just phoned Welldone and Norm and his crew came over, diagnosed the problem and installed a new furnace. Excellent service. We would definitely use Welldone again.

We have been working with Welldone for many years using the service for maintenance and replacement of hot water tanks, furnaces and air conditioners, plus plumbing and other related services. All crew has done an exceptional service beyond what is expected, form the person answering the phone, the technicians coming to do the work, supervisors and managers following up with the service provided... 7 pm, Friday night, furnace coughs up a furball and wouldn't stay lit. Everyone in the house wearing hoodies. It looked to be a long cold night. Panic call to Welldone and shortly after I received a call from Kurt. Friendly and calm. Suggested I try something first before a call-out which could be very expensive. It worked great! The house toasty again. I told everyone about my experience, and added him to my contact list. Great customer service. Kurt's kindness will long be remembered.
