I would not recommend this company for hvac services. Unprofessional, not reliable and not trustworthy. Last fall we called Welldone because it seemed like the air conditioner needed to run constantly to keep the condo cool. They came and replaced a zone valve. We believed that they fixed the problem but due to weather we didn't really know. Our furnace finally gave out (after 40 years). Maria at Welldone came out to assess and brought space heaters to keep us warm (it was just starting to dip below zero). Polite and professional. The furnace went in using the same external holes in the foundation as the previous (wonderful!) and the rest of the installation went very well. The installers were clean and efficient. The furnace and AC are working well to keep us warm and cool.
We have worked with Welldone for over a decade now and they are truly incredible. Always reliable, professional and capable. Their communication sets them apart. You know when they are coming, when they get there, what they did and what might need to be done in the future. Trust them fully!
Our furnace quit while we were in the southern US. We just phoned Welldone and Norm and his crew came over, diagnosed the problem and installed a new furnace. Excellent service. We would definitely use Welldone again.
Superb service from Welldone, as a company and the installers! They were super friendly and helpful, especially on a Friday night working overtime near Christmas. Great follow-up client service as well. Definitely recommend.
