When I was getting ready to pay and before I could even get the money back, AIDEN was telling me I needed to tip the guy who washed my hair. Extremely rude as I was going to tip but wasn’t given a full chance to even take my money back.
It's our second visit to the store and the experience was still great. Aiden, Jon and Wen were all so friendly. I got my hair cut and my kids all got their cuts. Everyone was happy. I am so grateful to have this gem in our neighborhood
I had a scheduled appointment for balayage and was left sitting over 15 minutes past the time the bleach was ready to be washed out because several walk-ins were accepted without appointments. Seven days later I returned to have the color corrected in the front of my hair because it was too over processed and brassy. Afrer this visit I messaged Aiden to discuss my frustration with the color and condition of my hair.
