Wife went into the Lowell MI location with a broken wrist. Left with pain level 8, a brace, and OTC Tylenol and Advil. Didn't get shown the X-rays. WAS TOLD "PAIN IS EXPECTED ". Not their "protocol" to prescribe pain meds REALLY??? An urgent care center that has a policy to to not handle pain??? REALLY??? No wonder pain is expected when you go there!
