Took my wife here and basically got shooed out the door (they had no problem taking payment, curiously). Literally had to leave and go find another urgent care place that would actually listen
Besides wait time I can’t complain.
Dr Nick was amazing!! He greeted me with care, compassion and joy! He was extremely attentive and never made me feel dumb or paranoid about the questions for my concussion. I would choose him as a Dr. if we could!! I also felt cared for and seen by the gentleman at the welcoming desk. Overall it was the best experience I could have had needing to go to an Urgent Care!

No effort from the staff, and they are all pretty clueless. I went in for a sore throat. They gave me a bunch of antibiotics and sent me on my way. They only tested for strep and then suggested that I try another urgent care to get retested for something else
