They had a bank bonus offer going. I submitted my application on 11/28/2025. The promotion ended on 11/30/2025. Their own team did not get around to processing my application on 12/2/2025. Now they are saying that my account does not qualify due to not getitng setup by them until 12/2/2025. Thus they refuse to pay the bank bonus of $1,000.00 that they said they would pay after meeting all criteria (which I have done so and they admit that I have done so).
Can never get an answer when i send a online message. It takes days, weeks or sometimes never. Now a Wellby employee has informed that starting in March 2025 I will be charge a $12.00 monthly fee just to pay my loan. That adds up to about $750. per Wellby customer over life time of the loan. If they have 50,000 customers they are pulling in about 36, Million Dollars from customer fees. I will be paying my Loan off to avoid the extra fees.
TERRIBLE COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION
