Excellent therapy option! The intake process was simple and secure. The waiting room is peaceful and calming with complimentary tea. Working with Victoria Louca has been a transformative experience. She provides a safe, non-judgmental space that has allowed my teen daughter to open up at her own pace. We’ve gained practical tools that have genuinely improved our daily life and mental well-being. If you’re looking for someone compassionate and insightful, I can't recommend Victoria enough!
Everything started off well, and they got me started on a good medication for once in my life. So qudos for that. But soon after, the psychiatrist there tried forcing me to go to intensive outpatient for drug addiction, even though I got clean last year and have been doing exceptionally well with a few minor hiccups. We are so happy with Wellbrook Wellness. Stephanie is so caring and kind, she thoughtfully listens and finds the right therapist based on one’s personal needs. Victoria is just perfect for my daughter, she has the utmost trust in her. I have seen such a positive change in my daughter since coming to WW. She looks forward to her time with her. Bonus- the waiting room is a calming and relaxing place have some quiet time myself to reflect.
I’ve had an excellent experience at Wellbrook Wellness. My therapist provided thoughtful, effective guidance that helped me gain clarity and perspective during a challenging time. The clinic is peaceful, well-managed, and operates with the highest level of professionalism. Insurance and copays were handled seamlessly. Each visit was a positive and restorative experience. Highly recommend.
Unprofessional- avoid. Headway is a site that has better options for you. They are inexperienced in insurance. The administrator is hard to reach or communicate with. I was overcharged for copays and had to fight to get them to be refunded (multiple hundreds in my case). As far as the counselor, she claimed she would move our session without fee, and then later claimed that I cancelled in order to charge their cancellation fee.
