Awesome coaching.
Israel, the owner and lead trainer/coach/physical advisor, is great. My family has been seeing him for years, including during Covid and the creation of Wellbranch. I come in for a session whenever I’m in town, and have brought my partner in for sessions after she was recovering from crutches. Skilled and useful feedback on movement, how to reduce injury risk, and to recalibrate after limping, injuries, not exercising, etc. Highly recommended!
