Don’t call them for an emergent tow because they will tell you they can’t get to it for two weeks. Who even says that? The young lady who answered was VERY rude and condescending. This garage is the ONLY AAA approved towing facility in Boone. Yet, they make it a point NOT to have the capability when contacted. *Note- I posted a previous review, in which a response was added from Local’s where they stated they do not have towing abilities and I must have posted on the wrong garage. Needed an EMERGENT tow and was told it would be two weeks. Who even does that?
I have tried so many garages in the area. I have been disappointed in service, communication and in a few cases honesty. But not at Locals. They are upfront, honest and very fairly priced. I highly recommend them. I am a repete customer for a reason.
I had an amazing experience at Local’s Garage West! My car had some issues, and they took care of everything professionally. The entire team was super nice and easy to work with, making the whole process stress-free. A special shoutout to Mr. Terry—he was incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond dealing with me and my brother. If you need a reliable and professional place to get your car fixed, I highly recommend Local’s Garage West!
