Updating this review: After weeks of trying to contact the company to no avail, I posted this review and within minutes I had a text and phone call. I was told that a refund wouldn’t process, then I was told that it went through. I was offered extra compensation to change my review, which I declined. I’m not willing to lie for money. Excellent facility with top-notch customer service. Our experience with Wellborn Self Storage was smooth and seamless. They are accommodating and responsive. Our questions were always answered quickly and with the highest degree of care and competency. We never worried about the safety and security of our personal items. We recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service and fully intend to use them again in the future!
Extremely disappointed with this company. Website says “typically responds within minutes” which was true when we were trying to rent from them. However, when we decided to vacate, 9/5/23, I gave more than sufficient notice in writing (based on the contract) and received no response. I then sent written notice when we had actually vacated on 9/16/23, again requesting verification of receipt, yet received no acknowledgment. I tried calling and texting, no response.
