Ed Nester was very friendly and didn't take long to address my needs
Terrible... makes me want to switch insurance back to Molina and go back with Cityblock. Wellbe hasn't done anything helpful for me. At all. Last time they were here they didn't take me seriously and rolled their eyes at one another talking about me as if I couldn't see it.
