Ed Nester was very friendly and didn't take long to address my needs
Terrible... makes me want to switch insurance back to Molina and go back with Cityblock. Wellbe hasn't done anything helpful for me. At all. Last time they were here they didn't take me seriously and rolled their eyes at one another talking about me as if I couldn't see it.
well be is supposed to be a 24 /7 service i call for help for the to come out to see me and was told by the on call nuse the were closed for the night i told here i need check out and she refused service to me the company advertised it a 24/7 service but its not it has operating hour and refuse sevices after hours when you need them there not there
