I can’t say enough good things about this office! I’ve seen Dr. Bridgette (chiropractor), Whitney (RMT), and now Stephanie (physiotherapist), and every single one of them has been incredible. They’re not only highly skilled but also truly caring, which makes all the difference. The office is always so accommodating, and the front desk team is always kind and welcoming. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in!
Dr. Bridgette and the team at Wellbe have been a true gift to our family. She’s helped me so much in my postpartum healing, is amazing with babies in the room, and now even sees my husband—she truly cares for the whole family. Her gentle, supportive approach makes every visit feel like a breath of fresh air. We’re so lucky to have found her!

At the beginning of 2025, I took a swing at a volleyball and felt a "tweak" in my shoulder. I headed to my GP who quickly diagnosed it as Rotator Cuff Tendonitis. Terrified, the recommendation was that I get Physiotherapy or a Massage. After dinner in our neighbourhood a few nights later, seriously struggling with the pain in my arm, I walked past wellbe.
