I have suffered from TMJ pain and headaches for many years. Melissa helped me tremendously by curating exercises and a treatment plan best suited to my needs. She also taught me massage techniques I could use at home. My pain is so much more manageable now than it was just 3 months ago. I highly recommend Welland TMJ to all!
