I have been going to see Dr. Gohlam for over a year and a half in their St. Catharines clinic and he is great! The pain needles to my surprise helped me deal with severe spinal stenosis and a herniated disc in my neck. It helped somewhat immediately and took a couple of months to settle the nerves down completely!
