Always friendly receptionists and have been very patient and understanding with having to rebook. I had a very unique situation occur and they were very flexible and kind working with me and getting me in asap. Dr.eldeyasty and crew are very nice and laid back yet still professional which us nice, he took the time to listen to my situation and offered another method to try out. Great place. Got in straight way. Lovely staff. However my injection lasted 5 hours spazums and flared I had were not worth the injection. I saw no worth in the injection and refuse more. However I did try it was the nerve block .I'll go back and see what else is there to.offer me relief.oh I ended up taking twice my meds for the pain. The office and dr were awesome I just happened to be the one the shot didn't work out but I had to try
Welcoming staff, very friendly and kind. Doctors are wonderful. They take the time to listen to your worries and needs.
The doctors here are amazing, the amount of car and attention they provide their patients is unmatched. With fluoroscopy procedures available at a reduced wait time, they provide services that are not available anywhere else in Welland. I highly recommend it if you are suffering from chronic pain!
I was there a few days ago with my Husband. We found the Doctors very laid back and professional. But our concern was with the Receptionist who decided to bring in her very sick child who sat at the reception desk coughing the entire time we were there with no mask on. If he's too sick for school he's definitely too sick for a medical pain clinic.
