They often do not answer the phone during business hours. When they do, the receptionist is rude and unhelpful. Paid parking. Long waits. They office does not demonstrate care for their patients.
Unfortunately this has happened on multiple occasions where the receptionists of the Rose City Medical Associates claim to send paperwork for referrals when they in fact have not. I’m pregnant with my 3rd baby, with having lost my first - it’s extremely important I am seen by a specialist. I should already have my first appointment yet I’m sitting here waiting for the receptionists to send my paperwork and there is nothing I can do as McMaster Children’s Hospital will not see me until they have the paperwork. Horrible customer service from front desk reps. Make you pay if you're there longer than 5 mins just to park. doctors don't care about you or your health. Go else where if you can. Lack of humanity with this joke of a doctor's office.
