The phone system is terrible and I’m guessing they only accept like 2 patients in the after hours clinic because how in the world does it fill up in 10 mins of being open? I stayed at this place for Dr. Min but now that she’s gone I can’t wait to get the heck out of there and find a new doctor. Update: I called at 12:20 on my only break to make an appointment and the office is closed for lunch that isn’t suppose to start until 12:30. really?? what do you need an hour and 10 minute lunch for? Dr. K. Janzen is the most amazing, approachable, and knowledgeable family physician our family has had. She is thorough with her exams and gives all treatment options for the medical conditions our family has had. Office staff are efficient and friendly. We have accessed and are very impressed with their after hours clinic, labs, diagnostic department, pharmacy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, massage therapy, and the hearing clinic. All gave excellent service.
