Great service in new vehicle sales from Jordan & Bonnie when buying my GMC Canyon. Bonus for all when we also bought a Chevy Trax. Shame the same can’t be said for the service department. While we were collecting our vehicles, my son ordered a part for his truck. After collecting it a couple of days later, he opened the box (which had no description on , just like the paperwork) to find he’d been sold the opposite side to the one he ordered. I came to Chevrolet not knowing if I wanted to buy or lease. I started out in the preowned department and met Lisa. I sat with her and she went through all the options to lease or buy and I decided to lease my 2026 equinox. She is an awesome sales lady. She made me feel very Comfortable and walked me through all my options so I can decide which was better for me. I love my car! I definitely will recommend Lisa and hope she will be there in the future when I’m ready to get my next car.
