Family member is getting put through the ringer with this service center, and its from a warranty job that they screwed up the first time. I will happily learn from his mistakes, and never bring my hard earned money there...

My wife took her cadillac here for power steering issue was told $6500 to replace the steering rack so we took it to a different shop the issue was three $4 bolts had broken on the electric assist motor for the steering rack. Was told the recall was already done on the steering rack so they couldn't do anything that was a lie as the aluminum bolts that were apart of the recall were the ones that broke and still in the rack.we installed upgraded steel bolts problem fixed.
