I've dealt with Wellam Constructions on several road construction projects around Geelong and they are always professional, courteous and provide great assistance to stakeholders and local communities. They develop quality detour and access plans and their construction work is of a very high quality. Dealing with Dean and Adrian has been a highlight. They are both great communicators and project managers.

Edit/update: and still this company does not use water trucks on their sites. This lot are literally the definition of peanut gallery. The amount of work they’re carrying out down in Ocean grove/Kingston area with out the use of water trucks is a joke. Dust bowl galore…myself and other members of the public have already rang and complained several times…. Have some consideration for the surrounding neighbours that live nearby to your working sites.
