I attended many of the New Moon Herbal Tea/ Cacao Ceremony + Divination Sound Bath and they are always some of the most beautiful evenings I’ve experienced. Gaia holds space with such grace and intentionality, from the carefully chosen herbs to the crystal bowls, gong, and chimes, every detail was thoughtful. I came to Gaia's sound bath not knowing quite what to expect, and I left feeling like I found a part of me that I had been ignoring. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and intentional — the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease. Gaia is truly gifted — knowledgeable, calm, and deeply present throughout the entire session. You could feel the care and expertise woven into every moment. I'm making this part of my wellness routine and inviting others as much as possible.
Gaia has created a truly special space. It feels as if it exists in a special time-space zone dedicated to healing. She is expert in many modalities of yoga and healing, including sound, and is very intentional when she speaks, facilitating everyone through truly evolutionary journeys.
I can’t express enough how much I enjoy coming to Gaia’s studio! So far, I’ve attended two sound bath sessions and also completed an in-person sound healing training a few months ago. Both experiences, as a participant and as a student, have enhanced my everyday life, and I look forward to continuing my self-exploration with such a genuine and caring person as Gaia.
