My 2 dogs and I were in my car when I pulled into Green springs park in Fairfax, VA. My windows were down and as soon as I parked a man walked up to the side of my car, shoved his hands into my open window, placed his hands around my neck and started to choke me. Dr Yokota has been wonderful. My 13 year old lab has some back and hip issues. He’s doing great with Dr Yokota’s treatment. Plus, she’s given me great advice for taking care of an older dog - calming my nerves and has been a great source of knowledge. I highly recommend her to anyone with an older or injured pet.
Dr. Yokota is just amazing with our opinionated cat-dog (aka Pekingese). She meets him where he is in terms of his comfort level. I never thought that our dog would agree to acupuncture for his kidney issues, but Dr. Yokota has made it happen. We have been with her since January 2023 and recommend her without any hesitation to anyone looking for a holistic vet.
Lucy Had her second acupuncture appointment in as many weeks- she’s 14 and is taking up space in the house again. Yes, her normal bed is in a corner next to the couch- but now she’s also spending time in the middle of the floor, or rolling In the hall, or yelling at the other dogs in the house.
