I had to cancel my sleep study and they keep giving me the run-around on the refund. When you ask for the billing manager, they keep giving the same excuse that she isn't there and will call me back, but she never does. This is not acceptable and this business is a scam as far as I can tell since they won't give me back my money. Don't go here!

So far very disappointed!!! I did not get whatever it is they are delivering and no one called to let me know. I called and was told it wouldn’t be delivered as scheduled because “ he didn’t leave till 11:00am that morning and I would get on Monday since it Friday and the weekend. Monday not until 8:30 at night and they tried to to deliver it to my neighbor. She refused to answer the door and explained that he didn’t appear to be a “ delivery person” by his dress and obviously the time of day but called me to let me know. Sh... read more

can’t say enough great things about my experience with Well Rested Diagnostics. From the very beginning that I was referred over by my doc they showed such high level of care. Cost was a concern for me but they were incredibly patient and understanding. They walked me through multiple options to make sure I could still get the CPAP I needed without making me feel rushed or pressured. The support didn’t stop after I received my device! They get one star for the facility. BBB gives them an F and I can see why. I asked from the outset for a full face piece that covers my mouth and nose because I have chronic sinus issues. Staff person insisted I try nasal type. 5 minutes she took a break from her phone to ask how it was. I told her it felt like work and I wanted to try the one that goes over the mouth. She said they had none on sight and that I needed to get a chin strap to clamp my mouth shut. I took the nasal piece home and tried it for three nights waking... read more

I shopped around a few companies before I made up my mind on purchasing a cpap and good thing I went with well rested. They actually came to my house and set me up from the comfort of my bed. Highly recommend the facility.
