The massage itself was fine, but the lady seemed upset because I only gave a $20 tip. She expected me to give her $10 more! I was like, “What? Why?” And she said it’s because I got a 2-hour massage and that “the tip is supposed to be $15 per hour.” I told her, “It’s called a tip, not your salary.” I’m already paying for the service — tipping is optional, not mandatory. Honestly, I wouldn’t come back here. Very disappointing.
I've been going to this Asian Reflexology Massage place for about a year. My SIL who has fibromyalgia told me about them. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to try them out as they are quite literally 5 minutes away. They are located in a run-down stripmall off the Baseline exit of the 15 FWY. If the lady had not demanded a bigger tip, I would have given a 5 star. The massage was good, not great and I still tipped. She demanded more. A tip is for quality of service. I do not recommend.
