Had an appointment with a friend for 3 o'clock was brushed off for a while then finally had our pampering start. For a pedicure and full set we didn't leave until 6pm. I was there getting my nails done for my wedding and I am less then happy for what I got. I would recommend to go somewhere else, pay the extra money and go somewhere better I wish I did. I came here for an acrylic set nails they started popping off within 2 1/2 weeks and once all of them came off I had very sore nail beds. The acrylic was stuck to my skin and nails are growing fungus. Tried cutting the fungus off some off and nails won’t allow clippers under nails. Never coming here again and would like to be completely compensated

2/10 customer service. 8/10 nail design… Be careful with the DRILL!!!!!! Last two recent experiences haven’t been good. First one my nail tech wouldn’t put on my top coat, I genuinely had to say please & plead her. That’s not the problem, she’s new i get it & there’s no issue with that. Today i went in and got a new set, so they had to take off an old set. as they were taking off old bow gem things & were pulling my nail bed extremely hard, once we got to the drill, they were very rushed, i pulled away more than twice from t... read more

My favourite nail salon and they do an excellent job but there should be a price menu online and in-salon. I’m charged different amounts every time I come in and I don’t even get nail art. Things need to be set in price.
