Had a somewhat bad experience but I’ve been going here for about 10+ years and this is my first negative experience. Came in for a bubble bath nail and the first picture is what I almost left with. A bit of running into my cuticle in a few spots, kinda lumpy/thick and uneven on each side of the nail wall. The nail tech attempted to use this on my feet. It’s absolutely NOT sterilized - as is this case for all of their equipment they use. Do not recommend coming here. They don’t even bother to clean their stuff - let alone sterilize them before use
Called a week ahead of time to book my daughter in to get a full set for back to school. I specifically asked if they would be opened today (labour day) and I was told yes so we proceeded to book the appointment. Show up for her appointment and they're closed...terrible customer service.
I took my girls for a pedicure. They had a ladybug chair and a cinderella chair just their size. Nails look great. They guys did a great job. Not really sure how they worked out the price for the kids but it was reasonable. Atmosphere is typical of a nail salon.
This is worst salon in whole sarnia! People dont know how to respond I dont understand if they r not able to understand english or what I went there today and the lady didnt even know what i was saying She kept looking at me and ruined my whole face At the end when i told her that she did the exact opposite what i said She didnt say anything at all and completely ignored me
