Lisa was very helpful, listened, and provided great insight for both of us. We combined couples therapy with individual, which done together strengthened our relationship and made both of us feel heard.

Jessica was wonderful and we are so grateful for her help! She is a great 3rd party listener and teacher; she never made either of us feel judged or 'wrong'. I loved that we started by discovering why we communicate the way we do (from family/upbringing, etc..), how to recognize positives and negatives of that, and how to improve our communication in ways the other will understand/respond to. I would highly recommend her!
Our sessions with Lisa Lavitt were very helpful. She is easy to talk to and was unbiased in her feedback. She listened to both sides and was able to effectively translate our thoughts and feelings in a way that helped us to see each others perspective. She was thorough with her explanations in educating us to better understand how men and women think.
