Jessica is an amazing therapist. She has helped me work through challenges at my job, make thoughtful career decisions, and do meaningful personal growth. She is also incredibly supportive and insightful when it comes to marriage counseling, helping improve communication and understanding. Jessica is compassionate, professional, and truly listens. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who genuinely cares.

Lisa was very helpful, listened, and provided great insight for both of us. We combined couples therapy with individual, which done together strengthened our relationship and made both of us feel heard.

I highly recommend Lisa! She was an honest and compassionate guide who helped us gain deeper insight into ourselves and each other. Jessica was wonderful and we are so grateful for her help! She is a great 3rd party listener and teacher; she never made either of us feel judged or 'wrong'. I loved that we started by discovering why we communicate the way we do (from family/upbringing, etc..), how to recognize positives and negatives of that, and how to improve our communication in ways the other will understand/respond to. I would highly recommend her!
