Shameca is an amazing counselor. I've been to counseling before but never had the breakthrough or insight we've had with her for both marital and individual help.
My wife and I scheduled an appt with Shameca Ricks. We both took time off of work to make this appt. We waited 40 mins on our telehealth call with no word at all from the provider. There was no explanation for why the provider did not show up to our appt. I messaged the facility to make sure I hadn’t missed a step or anything. I got no response.
