What a wonderful service. Two years after we had this company do repairs, we decided to get the full roof replaced. In two years the quote literally went up only 1k. They were super attentive, always checking that we were happy, walked us around before and after and made a great job of the work. Well Krafted responded immediately to our initial request for service. They came to our home the same afternoon, fixed a blocked downspout for us on that visit then gave us a fair quote to replace leaking joints. Great communication. Punctual and Jesus our technician was good to work with explaining the job. Finally they cleaned the gutters and removed the debris leaving our yard in good shape. No hesitation in recommending.

The company informed me they were coming, showed up when they said, it seemed like they inspected the roof and cleaned the gutters. I’m not exactly for sure because I was inside working. I noticed all this debris falling from the roof and then I heard a blower on the ground… I was pleasantly surprised that all the things that blew off of the roof was blown and discarded. A+ job in my book.
