I had the best massage experience of my life with Shanterria at Well-Kneaded. I made the appointment with only the hope of relaxation after 8 months of terrible low back pain from a pinched nerve and numerous other issues. Before starting, I expressed what I was after and the warning to stay away from my low back altogether. The last thing I wanted while trying to relax was another brain-fritzing zinger! I saw Shan the other week and she was amazing! I work out often and she was able to identify some problem areas I didn’t even know I had. This place is high quality and is worth the trip if you’ve been debating it.

This was our first time booking with Well Kneaded. We chose it because of the Saturday appointments in Peoria, but we will be going back. Chris was my massage therapist and I can sincerely say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. He listened to my focus areas, spending the most time where I said I needed it, and the amount of pressure was perfect.
Highly recommend! Kerry took the time to understand my neck, shoulder, back and hip pain and targeted those areas with great skill. I had a wonderful experience and felt both deeply relaxed and refreshed with increased flexibility. I look forward to returning"
