No idea how the photography side of this business is run, but for a tent bday party, RUN. We had the WORST EXPERIENCE and I feel compelled to warn everyone. 2 years ago, we had Amber come for my youngest’s bday and it was great. She asked for her fave colors, theme, offered goodie bags, included a balloon garland, and set up a simply great experience. We booked again based on this previous experience. After the first setup, You reached out not happy and I came back out to fix the issues and added additional items. I do appreciate the feedback. We've worked with you before and you loved the setup and we do feel like we did our absolute best to meet your needs. You were also refunded in full and offered a complimentary session.
I hired Amber to come to Kentucky to capture my wedding day. We received over 500 photos and they were all absolutely amazing. I cried when I got them. Amber was very professional and knew exactly what pictures to capture. We can't thank her enough for her work. She stayed in contact with me throughout this whole process, and I highly recommend her to anyone.
This person is a scam. We booked them to take our family photos on vacation. The photographer was 45 minutes late. When she finally arrived we took our family photos and she commented how good they were. Said it would take a few days to edit and they would send them as soon as they were done. After weeks of asking she was extremely rude and finally said they were all black and unusable. She is not a professional photographer nor business owner. Please be aware when booking with well kept design my personal experience was very unprofessional when I scheduled my appt I was having trouble finding her home so I messaged her when I arrived she stated I was late and she was saying she was going to be at a meeting so the session would be cut short she then went to look for her camera and which took a while and after that she said I would receive file in one week I messaged her since it’s been about 1 month since my session and I kept getting run arounds about my galleries... read more
In person Amber was nice but as soon as she got her money and we waited on pictures her attitude and demeanor changed. She was extremely rude via messenger and then had an "assistant " take over the conversation. Lacking professionalism. You get what you pay for, pictures were mediocre at best. My iPhone could have taken better pictures. Next time we will save ourselves the headache and just do them ourselves. Hi Brittany, This is the first time we've heard of your displeasure of your photos. We would've certainly discussed any concerns you had if you had messaged us. You contacted us 5 times asking our turnaround time which was stated 2-3 weeks. You wanted a specific day and we don't give specific dates but do provide a goal of 2-3 weeks. You received your photos back within 3 weeks. We did end conversation when it became threatening in nature.
I'm very disappointed in this last session that I had with Amber. Amber is a sweetheart and takes wonderful pictures, don't get me wrong, but her communication and timing is slacking. I had pictures done for my 30th birthday on June 1st, it was very important to me due to having a baby and finally getting back my confidence, and now it is July 1st with no pictures. While Amber is a kind person, as a business owner, there is much lacking. She offers excellent pricing, but don't get caught by those prices. You will be lucky to get your pictures back in a timely manner and even luckier to get quality pictures. I have used Amber for two sessions- engagement and Christmas pictures. The engagement session was when she just opened the business so I gave a lot of slack as she was new at the business side.
