Wonderful Doctor - Abysmal service - impossible to reach anyone by phone anymore. Been a patient since 2009 Doctor Sub is amazing. Please fix the phone system. - Update July 2026 - New reception protocol seems to have resolved my concerns - thank you
Update: I started seeing a doctor there (May 2026) and he's wonderful. I'm shocked that I can get appointment through their online booking so fast! I am now a patient and no longer a walk in. I have had to go there a few times and only once with a female doctor (I forget her name) was I treated like a patient and not a problem. One Doctor totally misdiagnosed my issue. I can’t go back there as I’m not sure I wouldn’t get him again.
The front ladies are awesome! Made me feel very comfortable.
My family has been going to this clinic for 20 plus years. Our doctor is amazing and all of the staff is very friendly and helpful, whether in person or on the phone. We use the online booking system often and it is simple to use. Our doctor is extremely prompt for in person and online appointments. Great clinic!
Booked a walkin and still waited over an hour. What a joke booking people online every 10min. Never again Medi Centre is at least acceptable when booking online
