Quick, attentive, effective.
My moms doctor left. When she spoke about getting the records transfered they gave her a bit of the run around. However the women I spoke to were helpful and I was able to get it resolved. It was frustrating that initially she was going to be expected to pay a fee to have her history transferred. if given the choice she would have stayed if theyd had a a replacement.
The doctors and staff are wonderful. Always very happy and helpful to answer questions and assist with anything. Very easy to get to via SkyTrain and a short walk if you are coming from downtown.
