Staff was friendly and professional
Very disappointing experience. During my ultrasound appointment, the technician (who appeared to be an Iranian technician) asked many personal questions that had nothing to do with the medical exam. It felt very unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable. Even more concerning was the accuracy of the ultrasound report. I had previously been told that I only had one cyst, but the report from this clinic stated that my uterus was “full of cysts.” This caused unnecessary stress and confusion for me.
