Hello! For the most part, thank goodness, I rarely go to office. However, I’ve noticed from the website that the office is open at 8:00 AM and if trying to contact them, it says the phone lines are closed. I phone almost an hour later and they are able to answer. Please update the hours so that future confusion is avoided. Thank you!
This clinic can't do the basic task of sending patients requisitions. There is also no way of contacting the clinic to ask the clinic to resend. Don't go here unless you want to waste your time.
My family doctor Dr Manisha chumber is the best doctor I’ve been to till now , she always goes the extra mile and takes great care of any of my ailments and injuries, she always makes me feel comfortable and treats me kindly ,
Every time I call, I’m put on hold for over 20 min. I have to keep hanging up and calling back and they continue to place me on hold. I am not impressed with the service at this clinic.
Online tele-appointment booking system is convoluted as you have to confirm your appointment by phone. Dr. Engelbrecht, while correct with her information, came across as dismissive and condescending.
