Dr. Tong was truly one of the most amazing doctors. Despite what some of the reviews say, he was caring, compassionate and had a strong will. His loss will most definitely be felt among the community. Condolences to the staff and patients.
2 stars only is for the kind people at the front desk. Doctor was incredibly rude and scolded me for asking for a doctors note when I’ve been sick because I “only just saw a doctor now” when the reality is he has no idea what he’s talking about or what my personal situation has been for the last two weeks, or how many other clinics I tried to make appointments with over that time. I don’t care what your profession is, you have no right talking to an adult patient like they’re an irresponsible child.
Waited so long on call and we they donot speak properly. And hanged up the call just by saying you have to make appointment . No customer service
