Pathetic service from Dr Arshdeep Chadha and team! Booked appointment one month prior, got a text two days ago to confirm, confirmed the appointment and got a call later on saying the appointment time is double booked? The receptionist later tried to figure things out and told to me book for another month, mid August! Absolutely horrible service
Well staffed, respectful and straight forward!
WELL health does NOT care about the patient - they are only interested in collecting money and pushing people through. I have book two seperate appointments for next month. (only allow to talk about one issue per visit). I booked these over a month ago. I was sent a text today saying that both my appointments were cancelled and to book new. I am not able to book another appointment for over 5 weeks. I have urgent mediction renewals that are needed for chronic pain, diabetes and high blood pressure and depression medication. ... read more
