We made an appointment for 1pm, our puppy was in a crate for hours. he wasn't released until 4 hours after drop off. Most of which he was in a crate. no point in making an appointment if you'll have the dogs wait to be groomed for HOURS.
The new management that took over does horrible service my dog was covered in poop initially I thought it was my dog getting nervous but later found out that other dogs were poop covered too and they never bathed him well and the new customer representative were rude as well we were told we would be given complimentary service next time as well but when we tried to reach out and inform them about it they denied all claims
I just got my dog groom .and they did a really good job.i will be using them . Now.and the pricing was good too.i will tell my friends and family about you guys and how good you do.thank u so much for your service..blackjack looks so good.
