I have used this place every since I got my minuture schnauzer. The first 2 times were great. I think all the associates that work there are very nice. But this time I ask for my schnauzer to be shaved because he was matted in a few places. I told them do not cut his beard they cut his beard so short. I'm sorry but I could have done better myself. Today was our first visit and my wife and I both were blown away. We had a very good groomer before today but they were further away and very expensive. I read the reviews before picking WGP and said they can’t be as good as all of the stellar reviews I read. We decided to try them and again, we were blown away. My dog had a negative experience at another groomers, and he was so scared to go in everytime we went. He'd slide on the floor trying to get out the door, and would sit and refuse to move, and freak out whenever I left. But after his second visit here, he's been much better about coming in. He walked around and nosed the door a couple times, but he willingly went to the back even while I was still in the lobby! However they treat him here is much better and less anxiety producing than other places. Highly recommend
The facility was clean and organized, and the staff was helpful and courteous. However I am only able to give four stars because my dog’s back was not trimmed at all and her paw pads were not trimmed. So I had to trim her back and paw pads on my own. Maybe I should have been more specific about the length I wanted the hair on her back, but I would’ve thought they would trim the hair around her paw pads without being instructed to do so.
I can not tell you what an amazing job they did on my sweet gabby!!! They took a total disaster what my old groomers did and turned it into perfection, They were loving and kind and sweet to my sweet little girl who was always so nervous to be away from me. I was very lucky to get the appointment I did and I’m so thankful that they worked me in their schedule, They listen to every single thing that I asked for and everything I wanted, and they did it down to perfection!!!
