The woman making my sandwich was holding her phone with one hand and talking to a friend on speaker phone while she struggled to manipulate the tongs with one hand. Unsanitary practices for her to be holding her phone while she makes my food. I wish I could take back my tip.

Been coming to this coffee shop pretty regularly since it opened and I've always had a great experience. The food and coffee is really good and the customer service is splendid! The employees do a great job chatting you while you order and making the experience feel a lot less transactional than it is at a lot of other places. I remember one time when I was on crutches one of the employees went out of their way to carry my order to my car which was very kind of them.
